1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, and any funds will be forfeited.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of viva99 complies with the laws of your country, province, or region. viva99 operates under an international gaming license and does not hold approval from Indonesian regulatory bodies. • Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using online gambling services.
• Single Account: You may hold only one account with viva99. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the viva99 platform, you must create a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account password. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify viva99 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share, transfer, or sell your account to any third party.

viva99 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your government-issued ID (KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4.1 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. viva99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud
• Duplicate accounts or multi-accounting
• Use of the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

viva99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods commonly used in Indonesia: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 unless otherwise specified.
• Deposits are typically processed within 60 seconds for e-wallets and 1-5 minutes for bank transfers.
• viva99 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment source in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days, though most are completed within 4-8 hours.
• viva99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 7 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

viva99 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or account that raises suspicion. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before they can be withdrawn. Accounts found to be used solely for money laundering purposes will be reported to the relevant authorities and permanently banned.

6. Betting Rules

By placing a bet on the viva99 platform, you agree to the following general betting rules:

• All bets are binding once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Bets placed on a market that is subsequently voided, postponed, or abandoned will be refunded unless otherwise stated in the specific sport or game rules.
• viva99 reserves the right to void any bet in cases of obvious error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect participant information, or technical glitches.
• The maximum payout per bet or per day may be limited depending on the market and sport. Details are available in the platform's betting limits section.
• For sports betting, official results as determined by the governing body of the sport will be used to settle bets. viva99 does not recognize unofficial results or protests.
• For casino games and slots, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness.

6.1 Game-Specific Rules

Each game category (sports betting, live casino, slots, togel, etc.) has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and dispute resolution. Detailed rules are available within each game or can be requested from customer support. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules will prevail.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

viva99 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only and may be restricted based on account status, deposit history, or jurisdiction.
• Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are provided at the time the bonus is offered and must be read carefully.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 2,000,000 in total bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute less (e.g., 10-20%).
• viva99 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, or close accounts if bonus terms are violated or if bonus abuse is detected.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless otherwise stated.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently).

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the viva99 platform:

• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, or collusion with other users.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any third-party tools designed to exploit the platform.
• Arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any systematic exploitation of platform features or promotions.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, bonus restrictions, or self-exclusion measures.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the viva99 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of viva99 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission from viva99.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, viva99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to user error, forgotten passwords, or unauthorized access to your account.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in service.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payment processing (provided that viva99 acts in good faith to correct such errors).
• Third-party actions, including payment provider delays or failures.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the viva99 platform is to discontinue use of the service.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and viva99, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the jurisdiction in which viva99 is licensed. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against viva99.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which viva99 is licensed and regulated. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
